Returns & Exchanges
 
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know! We take great pride in our products and want you to be 100% satisfied. We'll give you a refund or send you another color, a new size, or an entirely different style.

You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days from the original date of purchase at your expense. Please enclose a copy of the packing slip indicating what is being returned, the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment for the merchandise amount only, as the original shipping and handling is non-refundable. Orders purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original credit card only.

Merchandise being returned must be in original condition. We are not able to accept any returns that have been altered or worn. 

Return Instructions:
  1. Repack the item in its original box.
  2. Write "return" at the bottom of the packing slip provided in your shipment and include it with the items you are returning.
  3. Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Direct Menswear cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive.
  4. Mail your return with the appropriate postage to:

If you no longer have your packing slip, please email or call our Customer Service department to obtain your order number. All messages will be returned within two business days.
